Saturday:	Morning reception – briefing and presentation of the weekend. Departure for Venteuil where we will be received at a wine-grower’s property for an introductory lesson to the vineyards and Champagne. Visit to the installations. Typical lunch of the Champagne region at the Auberge du Vieux Pressoir in Ay. At the start of the afternoon, we will be received at the famous wineries of Moët et Chandon, which will provide us with the opportunity to discover the difference between a wine-grower and a wine merchant. Free time at the end of the afternoon. Gourmet dinner at the hotel (3-star).
Sunday:	REIMS – Capital of Champagne After breakfast, we depart for Reims to visit Mumm, including a tour and wine tasting. Typical local-style lunch at the Continental in Reims. After lunch, visit to the town of Reims and, especially, the famous Cathedral. Free time.
